What forms of payment will you accept?
For traditional medical services and office visits, LANA Health Services accepts Medicare and most managed care insurance plans, with the exception of select HMO plans. If you are unsure whether your plan is covered, our team is happy to assist you in verifying your benefits.

Will you accept insurance as full payment, less co-pay from insurance?
Yes. To remain in full compliance with insurance company policies, your office visit co-pay or co-insurance will be the only additional payment required at the time of service. LANA Health Services accepts the contractual rates established by the insurance plans in which we participate.

Any tests, radiology services, or referrals to subspecialists will continue to be billed to your insurance in the standard manner.

If I’m taking a companion, when can he or she travel?
Your companion is welcome to travel with you at the same time as your scheduled visit. At LANA Health Services, we understand that having support during medical appointments can be helpful and reassuring. Companions may accompany you to the clinic unless specific circumstances or safety guidelines require otherwise. If your visit involves any specialized procedures or evaluations, our team will inform you in advance of any restrictions or recommendations.

What happens if I need follow-up?
If a follow-up visit is needed, our team at LANA Health Services will work closely with you to schedule the appropriate appointment. If your care involves coordination with a medical travel or tourism agency, their pricing will depend on the specific services they provide—such as travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation, or international medical coordination.

We encourage patients to contact their chosen Medical Tourism Corporation directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding fees and service packages.
